We follow the build through to the published listing: permits, the fixtures the law requires, photography and the listing filled in on Airbnb and Booking. For the tax side — flat-rate rental tax, non-resident filing — we work with a trusted accountant. Guest management stays out of scope: we introduce you to it, we don't run it.
